First step I adjust the brightness and level

Using patch tool and sport healing brush tool to remove freckle

After that click>Ctrl+e to combine the layer

Open a new layer to change eyes and mouth colour

We can click>Ctrl+U to adjust the colour

Last,click>Filter>Blur>SurfaceBlur to make skin look more smooth

to do this but can't make it well

first type the words in a square，highlight the words 

click object>Expand,

then highlight words and original image 

right click>make clipping mask

first using pen tool to draw outline,

using mesh tool to draw the line inside banana

after that using eyedropper tool to fill up

Then,open a new layer to draw shadows

this also using pen tool and mesh tool
